Floor Board Separations after installation and other quality issues

Had Robina wood flooring installed in my Chicago Condominium - in two bedrooms. I had it installed by a professional, and before the furniture was moved into the room I inspected and all of the boards fit together. However, after the furniture was moved back into the room I noticed several of the boards had separated. I also noticed blemishes that appeared like smudges. In some areas the smudges turned out to be blemishes in the finish. Robina reps advice was to reinstall the separated areas, and as for the blemished areas - he said - should have been noticed prior to installation. To which I said - they should have noticed those boards before they packaged them and shipped them to me. I seriously question if Robina has a functioning QA process in their production line given the quality issues that I have experienced. The floor looks nice, but it seems to be fragile. I would not install this product in a high traffic area because I'm not convinced that it is durable enough to withstand the wear. For the money that I paid (it was NOT inexpensive) I am disappointed in the Robina Wood flooring product.
