Background: I spent 30 years in advertising and marketing, beginning my career in the basement of a friend's house and helping to grow that tiny business into the largest independent advertising agency in the San Francisco Bay area with more than 150 full-time employees. Now, I use my marketing skills to develop careers and grow businesses. My Atlanta (West) team and I live PrideStaff’s Mission to “Consistently provide client experiences focused on what they value most.” As a marketer, I gained knowledge of diverse industries, such as tech, healthcare, communications, manufacturing, and more, and grew to understand—and empathize with—the pain points and challenges on both sides of the employment equation.
